with quality work and good service.  When we say we specialize in spun cast babbitt, we mean it! We spin everything from 1½" ID to 100" OD bearings. We are able to tig and static or still pour as well, but only by request. We're able to swing 84" on our big VTL and spin cast parts up to 100".  Our Service is not Limited to the ability to spin babbitt, we also have a field crew available to remove or install your bearings.  We guarantee our bearings to have a 95% bond or better. J.D.'s Machine is certified for Ultrasonic testing of Babbitt Bearings, as well as supplying an outside source of UT when required.  J.D's offers the complete manufacturing of spare or replacement bearings. We have manufactured new bearings from small motor bearings, to a 23" bore, 4200 lb electric motor bearing.
